The Centre for the Covid-19 Situation Administration with the PM at its helm decided to lift the 11 pm – 3 am curfew. Many businesses are also allowed to resume, with protection measures and social distancing, on 15 June. Border controls rermain in place.

People from various Songkhla fishing communities are demanding the authorities to halt a series of public hearings of a mega project that would turn over 16,000 rai of seaside land into an industrial zone. Meanwhile, Kaireeya Ramanyah, a young human right defenders and the Chana Rak Thin Network's youth representative, has been sitting in front of the Songkhla provincial hall since yesterday morning (12 May) and said that she will not leave until they get answers.

At least 10 homeless people in Chiang Mai have been arrested for breaking curfew by being outside after 22.00, says Thai Lawyers for Human Rights (TLHR).

As of 10 April, a week after the kingdom-wide 10 pm - 4 am curfew was declared, more than 5 thousand violators had been arrested. By contrast, the accumulated number of COVID-19 patients is around 2,400. A closed dessert shop in a shopping mall.
