After having her request denied twice and being ordered twice by the South Bangkok Criminal Court to provide additional documents, scholarship student Ravisara Eksgool, who was charged with royal defamation for reading out a statement during the 26 October 2020 protest at the German Embassy, has not yet been granted permission to travel to study overseas after the court on 21 March 2022 ordered her to have her documents verified by the German Embassy.
