<p>A Thai Twitter already arrested over a tweet about King Rama X faces 7 more charges over tweets about the late King Rama IX and the King Rama X, seen as a threat to national security.</p>

<p>Wanchalearm Satsaksit, a Thai political activist in exile in Phnom Penh was allegedly kidnapped from in front of his condominium in the evening of 4 June.</p>

<p>Daranee Charnchoengsilpakul, or &ldquo;Da Torpedo,&rdquo; a former reporter and political activist once convicted for lèse majesté, passed away this morning (7 May) at Siriraj Hospital, where she was admitted for cancer treatment.</p>

<p>The hashtag&nbsp;#royalmotorcade&nbsp;has soared on Twitter despite legal restrictions on criticism of the royal family as concerned citizens reported traffic problems caused by a royal motorcade. A twitter user has faced threats over their comments and an activist received a threatening message claimed to be sent by the Palace, but an official at the Bureau of Royal Household&nbsp;said it was unlikely to be from there.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Daranee Charnchoengsilpakul,&nbsp;a prominent activist, is suffering from terminal cancer. To raise funds for her, Friends of Da said donations can now be made on <a href="https://www.gofundme.com/mvc.php?route=homepage_norma/search&amp;term=Da%20Torpedo">GoFundMe</a>.</p>

<p>Future Forward spokesperson Pannika Wanich faced a storm of online attack over the weekend after a Facebook page posted her graduation photo from 2010, which shows Pannika in her graduation gown looking at a picture of the late King Bhumibol while a classmate points at it, along with the caption &ldquo;this should not have an explanation&rdquo;.</p>
