On 16 December 2010, Royal Thai Police Lt. Samaporn of the Phaholyothin police station called Frank G Anderson to set up a date for Anderson to appear at the station to be accompanied to the prosecutor's office. The visit is necessitated by Thai pol. Col. Wattanasak, friend of UK national Akbar khan who also filed criminal defamation charges against Anderson, who claims to have been insulted by remarks Anderson posted on his website www.thekoratpost.com

Election Commissioner Sodsri Sattayatham says that it is entirely up to the Political Party Registrar to decide whether he will resubmit the dissolution case against the Democrat Party, as the EC has no such authority.  A red-shirt leader plans to file charges against the Political Party Registrar for malfeasance.

The Army Chief has dismissed Phue Thai MP and red-shirt leader Jatuporn Prompan’s allegations that the army was involved in the deaths of red shirts in April and May.

On 29 November 2010, a representative of Frank G Anderson appeared as scheduled at Rachadaphisek Criminal Court, Prosecutor’s office Section 7, to listen to progress being made in a criminal defamation case filed against Anderson by UK national Akbar Khan, formerly a member of the Foreign Correspondents Club of Thailand.

On 24 Nov, the Criminal Court sentenced Warawut Thanangkorn, who used the name Suchart Nakbangsai in cyber political forums, to three years’ imprisonment, after the prosecution brought the case to court the day before.  The court found him guilty of violating Section 112 of the Criminal Code, and gave him 6 years.  But as he confessed to the crime, the sentence was commuted to three years.
