<p>The Rights and Liberties Protection Department (RLPD) has responded to a request from Prachatai, New Naratif and Voice of Democracy for information regarding progress in the case of Wanchalearm Satsaksit, an activist who was abducted while living in self-exile in Phnom Penh.</p>
