Four people, including three local red-shirt leaders, and one civic society activist, have been arrested by the military in northeastern Ubon Ratchathani province. Only the activist has been released but on the condition that he has to report himself to the military everyday, according to a source, asked not to be named.
 
The three local red-shirt leaders are Sawas Kukaew, Somjit Suthipan, and Pichet Tabudd. The activist is Prayut Chumnaseaw. 
 
Prayut was ordered to report himself at the Sappasit Military Camp everyday. 
 
Ubon Ratchathani is known to be overwhelmed with supporters of former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
