<p>At least 9 activists in Nakhon Sawan Province have reported visits and intimidation by police officers throughout the past week ahead of Princess Sirindhorn&rsquo;s visit to the province on Monday (7 February 2022).</p>

<p>Police officers raided the 1932 People Space library at Wat Tong Noppakun in Khlong San on Sunday (23 January 2022) and seized a book and other objects before returning them, claiming that an officer took the book&nbsp;to give to his son.</p>

<p>The student group Free Youth Movement organized a public demonstration at the Democracy Monument on the evening of Saturday (18 July) to protest against the government and call for the dissolution of parliament and constitutional amendments, and for the authorities to stop harassing citizens exercising freedom of expression</p>

<p>Authorities have been attempting to block spin-off Run Against Dictatorship events in at least three provinces, while the main Bangkok event has been forced to move from Thammasat University to Wachirabenchathat (Rot Fai) Park.</p>
