Mr. Nobert Ropers is a scholar-practitioner and an expert in conflict resolutions    and transformation. His direct experiences in this field cover from southeast Europe,          the Caucasus, and South Asia. His recent work focus on supporting a network of       Insider Mediators and Peace Change Makers in South and Southeast Asia with a    particular focus on Thailand, Burma / Myanmar, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
